| ID Cards - Rosters Reminder

Starting Winter I session you will need to get NEW ID Cards and turn in NEW COMPLETED Rosters-Gamesheets-Waviers. NO COPIES!!
Youth ID Cards - $18 with a picture (drivers license size)
$20 if Apex takes a picture
Adult ID Cards - $22 with a picture (can copy drivers license picture)
$24 if Apex takes a picture
MANAGER/COACHES:
Roster - Gamesheet - Wavier must be turned in at first game. You will have up to the third game to complete all information on the Roster. Player(s) will not be eligible to play until the information is filled in on the roster and the wavier has been signed. |
